Our  Father

The disciples didn’t ask Jesus to teach them how to preach or heal the sick; they asked Him to teach them how to pray. They saw Jesus withdraw to be with the Father, and they also witnessed the impact Jesus made on the world around Him after these times of prayer.

Our theme is centred around two realities:

  1. God is our Father. He longs for unity in His people, and this means a commitment to deep relationships with one another. As we serve each other, discovering the needs in the body, God will supernaturally equip us to meet those needs, bringing health to one another. This will result in a healthier expression of the local body of Christ.

2. This unity flows from a personal commitment to living a surrendered life that longs for joyful communion with God the Father.

Jesus answered and said to him,

“If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.”

John 14:23
